Our product support team offers registered users professional answers to questions regarding the installation, use, and normal operation of our software. We accept questions via email, phone, and fax. If it's urgent, please call. More than half our callers are answered without even going on hold, and our average hold time is less than two minutes.
*Note: Up to 4 free phone incidents. Additional technical support phone incidents are charged at $10 per incident.

We also recommend contacting your local SBDC office for specific business and start-up advice. And, of course, we also have our complete Online Support Center, with more than 700 questions and answers about product specifics, error messages, working with other applications, etc.
