The show kitchen will also feature a custom made "Fire Fountain", a unique show kitchen grill that also has a cascading water fountain combined with flame throwing torches. This spectacular marvel will be visible from the dining room side, and will be a functioning 48" gas powered steak grill on the kitchen side. The energy and atmosphere of the restaurant is high, and draws some of its power from the dazzling "Fire Fountain". By offering an exciting, tantalizing and rewarding experience for its customers, the Fire Fountain Grille and its service oriented approach will be immediately embraced by those that love dining out!

1.1 Objectives

Sales for the first full calendar year (2005) will be $2.3 million, with Net Profit/Sales in excess of 19%.
A second unit will be opened in the first quarter of 2006.
