You've got a lot going on. Remembering to continually check your e-mail for a particular message does not have to go on the top of your priority list. Just set yourself an alert and let Email centre Pro do that work for you.
You can set alerts by going into the account link and selecting the alerts tab. Once there you can set rules for your alerts such as being notified once a day or even on the hour. You can set alerts for mail assigned to you or for a certain mailbox or saved search.
That way your customers are never left waiting for email responses from you or your team.
