Tagging email with appropriate keywords effectively eliminates the need to create clunky hard to navigate folders.
To tag an email simply attach a word or phrase to any incoming or outgoing message by clicking on the blue ad tags link in the centre of your screen.
Selecting update tags when you're finished will place those tags in the column to your left. When you're ready to take a look at those messages just look for the tag you want in the left-hand column.
You don't need to hunt through all of your archived mail for a single message or fact any longer. Just tag your emails and start saving time.
